I have always appreciated your timely “selection schedule” and the fact that as a “boutique” builder, you have never pressured us into pre-selecting all items before the commencement of building.

The fact that we were able to go overseas 4 weeks before the completion of our home is a great credit to Paul who co-ordinated many of the services and tasks that I had arranged, independent of the building contract.

You have always been so responsive to the few minor problems that have arisen from time to time and nothing is ever too much trouble.

We would never have embarked on our new project, building a home outside of the Perth metropolitan area, without the knowledge and confidence that WestStyle will once again, deliver a quality residence!

It is with great pleasure that I share my recent experience building with Weststyle Design & Development. We found the experience more like a fun project rather than the most traumatic experience in your life.

That was mainly due to Tony and his team. We became very close to our supervisor who was more like design consultant than a building supervisor.

Tony and his tradesmen were always keen to make our dream come true. Nothing was too small, too hard or unreasonable. The staff at the office were efficient and friendly.

Being a tradesmen myself and doing work on my home, I was one of the last tradesmen on site. Im the one that gets to see what can happen when things go wrong with the building of homes and know how you need a builder you can trust.
